The tune is this hazy, dream-pop journey that takes you to another dimension. The synth loop is killer and it stays with you throughout the whole song. But just when you think it can't get any better, a distorted guitar kicks in, and oh my goodness, it's pure magic.
But that's not even the best part. Towards the end of the song, they throw in some succulent Spanish lyrics that just hit different. It's like a dream sequence, you're just lost in the music and everything else fades away.
The band is from Mexico and they're not afraid to mix English and Spanish lyrics in their songs. They've got this amazing mix of shoegaze textures and darker psych that just works so well together. And don't even get me started on that synth, it's beautiful and haunting all at the same time.
Honestly, "Balance" is just a beauty of a song and it's been on repeat for me all day.
